I am a dedicated Christian, wife, and mother. Of British descent, I moved to the United States as a missionary to pursue full-time ministry. With 15 years of experience, I am continually amazed by the incredible ways God has guided my journey. I spent five years serving children and families in the inner-city neighborhoods of New York City at a ministry called Metro Ministries. During this time, I developed and taught engaging Christian curriculum while mentoring individuals in need. My journey then led me to Ellel Ministries in Tampa, Florida, where I was part of the team dedicated to inner healing. Following that, I became a director and later an associate pastor at The Crossing Church, where I led the Freedom and Prayer Ministry and created innovative curriculum centered on the theme of freedom. I am deeply passionate about empowering individuals of all ages—both young and old—to embrace the freedom, healing, and purpose for which they are destined to experience. I invite you to connect with me so we can embark on this journey of freedom together. I work with children (in-person), adolescents, and adults.

Difference between Counseling and Coaching

Mental health counseling and mental health coaching both play vital roles in enhancing well-being, yet they offer distinct approaches. Counseling often involves therapeutic techniques that delve into past experiences, helping you understand and address emotional challenges and mental health conditions. On the other hand, coaching is focused on the future, emphasizing the importance of setting goals, fostering resilience, and creating effective strategies for personal and professional growth. Both paths can empower you to cultivate a healthier and more fulfilling life.

Therapeutic Tools I Use

✈️ Brave the Plane Who Was Afraid to Fly

In addition to therapeutic strategies and coaching tools, I bring creative resources into my work—including a children’s book I wrote called Brave the Plane Who Was Afraid to Fly.

All children face fear—but sometimes those fears feel bigger than they can handle. This story helps children navigate fear and anxiety while giving parents language and encouragement to support them.

Through Brave’s journey, children will learn:

  • How fear can feel real—even when it isn’t

  • The importance of telling themselves the truth

  • That courage often starts with someone going first

As Brave watches his father confront his own fears, he begins to believe that he can too. With the support of his loving family, Brave learns to rise above doubt and soar into freedom.

💛 This story is especially powerful for families—reminding parents that when they face their own fears, they create space for their children to do the same.

👉 Perfect for children experiencing anxiety, fear of the unknown, or self-doubt
